Test method:

The bottom of the bottle is fixed on the rotating plate of the horizontal plate, so that the bottle mouth is in contact with the dial gauge, and the maximum and minimum values are read by rotating 360°, and 1/2 of the difference between the two is the vertical axis deviation value. The instrument uses the characteristics of high concentricity of the three-jaw self-centering chuck and a set of high freedom bracket that can freely adjust the height and orientation, which can meet the detection of all kinds of glass bottles and plastic bottles.
