1、 Initial adhesion of 3M tape:

3M tape initial adhesion testing method: Use a national standard steel ball to naturally roll down on the tape tilted
at a 45 degree angle, gradually increasing the size of the steel ball. The larger the steel ball it can adhere to, the greater
the initial adhesion.
2、 3M tape adhesive
The ability to maintain adhesion after the tape completely adheres to the object

3M tape adhesion testing method: Use a specified size of tape to stick to the surface of two steel plates, then hang one
steel plate on the adhesion tester and the other on a 1KG weight to see how long the two steel plates can remain together.
3、 3M tape peeling force
When conducting peel tests on materials pasted together, the applied force must be moderate, neither too small to
maintain the adhesion of the object for a long time, nor too large to avoid leaving adhesive marks on the object and
affecting its appearance. Therefore, through peel strength testing, we can obtain scientific data to reflect the bonding
strength of 3M adhesive, providing important reference for ensuring that it does not peel or detach during use.
3M tape peel strength tester recommended: tape peel strength tester ETT-H20
3M tape peel strength testing method: Use a peel strength testing machine to stick the tape onto a test plate of specified
material, and apply even pressure during the sticking process to eliminate bubbles. During the test, peel off the tape at a
stretching speed of 300mm/min, and record the maximum force value during the entire process, which is the peeling force
of the tape.
