Food safety is the focus of people's attention, and packaging sealing is one of the key factors to ensure food safety. As
an efficient and accurate testing tool, the food packaging sealing tester provides important support for enterprises to
ensure product quality and reduce safety risks.
The sealing tester, also known as the sealing tester, sealing tester, sealing tester, or air tightness tester, is mainly suitable
for sealing tests of soft packaging and bottle packaging materials for food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, industrial
products, and other products. It is widely used for sealing testing in industries such as food, plastic soft packaging,
wet wipes, pharmaceuticals, and daily chemical products.
LT-03A Leak and Seal Strength tester
In food packaging, such as beverage bottles, round drum packaging for potato chips, packaging bags for French fries,
pharmaceutical penicillin bottles, plastic bottles, blister packaging, oral liquid bottles and other products, it is inevitable
that there will be bumps and squeezes during transportation. If the packaging sealing is not good enough, the products
inside the packaging will be damaged, which will affect the shelf life and food safety of the products.
As is well known, there are two methods for testing sealing: positive pressure testing and negative pressure testing.
Different testing samples are equipped with different testing devices. The negative pressure sealing detector LT-02P
and positive pressure sealing detector LT-03A independently developed and produced by Paratronix Industrial Technology
can fully detect the packaging materials mentioned above. This sealing detector automatically replenishes air at constant
pressure to ensure that the experimental process is carried out under the preset vacuum. The color touch screen control
makes the operation more convenient and the data results more intuitive, making it easy for users to operate. The accurate
data and good sealing not only reduce the loss during transportation, but also effectively ensure the shelf life of the product.
