The HST-01A film heat sealing tester developed and produced by Paratronix is used to accurately measure parameters such as heat sealing temperature, heat sealing time, and heat sealing pressure of packaging materials such as films and composite films. It is also known as a film heat sealing tester. Implement standards QB/T 2358, ASTM F2029, YBB 00122003.

The working principle of HST-01A film heat sealing tester is to heat seal and bond plastic film samples at a certain temperature, pressure, and time. Then, by conducting a tensile test on the heat sealed sample, the maximum load at which the heat sealed area ruptures is guided, which is the heat sealed strength of the sample.

The usage method of HST-01A thin film heat sealing tester is as follows:

1. Turn on the system air source. And prepare the thin film samples that need to undergo heat sealing tests;

2. Power on the system. Press the power switch on the left rear side of the heat sealing tester, and the touch screen will enter the "standby interface";

3. Set experimental parameters. Click to enter the "Test" interface, and set the heat sealing time, heat sealing pressure, upper temperature control, and lower temperature control according to the introduction of the test interface;

4. Wait for the head to heat up to the required temperature;

5. Start the experiment

① After confirming that the hot sealing head has reached the set temperature and maintained it for more than 5 minutes, heat sealing can begin.

② Lay the sample flat on the static head, and at the same time, click the button or press the foot switch to press the upper head against the lower head. Clamp the sample between the upper and lower heads according to the set pressure, and the instrument will automatically time the heat sealing time.

③ When the timer is up, lift the upper head and take out the sample that has been heat sealed.

6. The experiment has ended. After the experiment is completed, turn off the power and gas source of the equipment.
