The negative pressure sealing detector provides an advanced, practical, and effective testing method for the quality and reliability of plastic sealed packaging, with simple operation, fast and effective detection. By reasonable operation and accurate data processing, the sealing performance of packaging bags can be effectively improved, and product quality and user satisfaction can be ensured. The negative pressure sealing tester is an important means of evaluating the sealing performance of packaging bags.
1) Connect the compressed air and vacuum output pipelines correctly, fill the negative pressure bucket with water 1-3cm higher than the mesh disk, and wait for the test.
2) Connect the gas source and adjust the pressure regulating valve to maintain the intake pressure between 0.6-0.8Mpa to ensure test stability.
3) Connect the power supply, turn on the right rear switch of the instrument, power on the device, and the holding time and vacuum gauge will display.
4) Adjust the vacuum degree and holding time separately.
5) After setting, press the sealed sample underwater with a mesh disk and cover the bucket lid.
6) Press the start button, and the instrument will automatically start the test. When the negative pressure gauge reaches the set value, the timer will start counting. After reaching the holding time, the instrument will automatically release pressure and the test will be completed.
7) Observe the sealing performance of the sample inside the barrel during the pressure holding process and make a judgment.

Precautions
① Open the sealed bucket lid only when the vacuum level drops to around 0.0.
② Use the gas source correctly, and disconnect it if there is any danger.
Detection principle: By evacuating the vacuum chamber, a pressure difference is generated between the inside and outside of the sample immersed in water, and the gas leakage inside the sample is observed to determine the sealing performance of the sample; By evacuating the vacuum chamber to create an internal and external pressure difference in the sample, observing the expansion of the sample and the recovery of its shape after releasing the vacuum, the sealing performance of the sample can be determined.
