the sealing must have a certain strength to withstand the effects of the contents and external pressure, ensuring that it 

does not crack or break during circulation. For the detection of this indicator, two types of instruments are required for

 comprehensive testing. One instrument is specifically used for heat sealing sample preparation, such as a heat sealing 

instrument, while the other instrument requires testing of heat sealing strength, such as an intelligent electronic tensile 

testing machine.

3、 Sealing testing of infusion bag packaging

Sealing performance is also an important indicator of packaging, and it has a significant impact on the quality of the

 product. Poor sealing is the main cause of future leakage.

The sealing test is currently widely used in the industry. It is recommended to use the Paratronix brand LT-02P sealing

 test instrument, which uses the vacuum principle and maintains a predetermined time under the corresponding 

pressure according to national standards. Leakage during the test process can be observed visually. By measuring

 the sealing performance, the quality of the infusion bag packaging can be evaluated, and the rationality of the sealing
