Daily maintenance methods:

Note:
Before each work, the measuring head, lower iron, and other parts in contact with the sample should be wiped clean with an alcohol cotton ball. When measuring the sample, the environment around the instrument must meet the requirements, otherwise it will affect the testing accuracy. During the testing process, attention should be paid not to touch the measuring head, measuring rod, iron and other components to avoid affecting the measurement accuracy. When taking the sample, use gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints on the sample and affecting measurement accuracy. The sample must be clean, free from wrinkles and other defects. After the measurement is completed, pay attention to placing the measuring head on the measuring seat and then turning off the power. It is strictly prohibited to dismantle the measuring head without authorization, otherwise the testing accuracy will be lost!
